doc, i was wondering if you had any ideas about some good literature i could pick up on the topic of kung fu and its origins. also maybe something pertaining to a kung fu lifestyle, or simply a very good book on the training. let me know!

Well, I searched for "shaolin temple" in Amazon's new search engine, www.a9.com, and discovered that russbo.com not only retains its high ranking, but, when you click on it, Amazon suggests that you read some books associated with that web site.

Demasco's book popped up.

All these years of hard work, all those hours, all those soul baring moments, to be associated with, in my opinion....
