Some of the material seemed similiar to Chin Na, especially the stuff with the fingers. I liked the different holds one could be placed in. Also, some of the leg locks was intereting. I think the idea of this is too keep hurting someone until they lose the will to fight. I recognized some of the stuff my instructor taught us in class. I really liked where he shows some of the techniques where you put them into a ball.

I didn't like some of the stuff where the hand ended up near the groin. Or some of the other stuff where the is too complicated. I think it's best to keep it simple. You have to becareful how you grapple because it's easier to get hurt.
"If you want pure self-defense buy a can of mace." Grandmaster Villari (I think that is it).
