    Hello everyone!!
    I wonder if someone knows a place where to get all the chinese names about 18 shaolin fundamental, kicks and so on...

    i'll very grateful for any help!!

    少林基本功十八式
    shaolin jibengong shiba shi
    (shaolin 18 basic movements)


    弓步斜形 gong bu xie xing (bow stance, tilt body)
    马步单鞭 ma bu dan bian (horse stance, seperate whips)
    仆步切掌 pu bu qie zhang (fall forward, cutting palms)
    虚步亮掌 xu bu liang zhang (false stance, shining palms)
    歇步冲拳 xie bu chong quan (resting stance, powerful fist)
    正踢腿 zheng ti tui (straight kicking leg)
    侧踢腿 ce ti tui (side kicking leg)
    低弹腿 di tan tui (low kicking leg)
    挂面脚 gua mian jiao (front hitch)
    单拍脚 dan pai jiao (clapping feet separately)
    外摆脚 wai bai jiao (waving leg outwards)
    后蹬腿 hou deng tui (backward kicking)
    鸡行步 ji xing bu (rooster's step)
    蝎子尾 xie zi wei (scorpions tail)
    前扫腿 qian sao tui (front sweep)
    腾空二起脚 teng kong er qi jiao (rising to the sky, both legs rising)
    腾空旋风脚 teng kong xuan feng jiao (rising to the sky, tornado kick)
    腾空外摆脚
    teng kong wai bai jiao (rising to the sky, waving leg outwards)

      Wow, great list. A couple questions...

      Is the scorpian tail and rooster step in the standard 18 that you practice? What about the back sweep and the inside kick (where you slap your foot and then cross your arms with your knee up)?

        It's in the main body of the site, under Site Content / Shaolin / I forget the rest.

          The inside kick, knee up, cross arms is number 9 "gua mian jiao". If I am correct, the application for this one is something about kicking your enemy in the head and the locking his arm or something with your leg.... but I never really learned the application, so all I know is what the chinese names suggest.
