    Analysis of Shaolin Chin Na
    By
    Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming

I would first like to say I like this book more than than the other book I read. Because it had ideas for exercises one can do such as the brick grabbing and other exercises of various styles such as Eagle claw, and Others. It starts out with these exercises, goes basic exercises, and some healing. I think it was good read and I liked it alot. It is also shorter than the other one.

I'm putting up a link to tell my teacher's site where you can buy them but keep this thing in mind. Chin na is hard to learn from a book.
