I walk barefoot in the snow occasionally. I'm certified to teach Reiki.

Martial arts experience:

Mostly Judo, Taijiquan, Jeet Kune Do, and Aikido. These days, Wing Chun and Three Circles.

Years training:

Enough. Started at age nine. Was competing internationally in judo by age twelve.

Favorite hobbies and sports:

Yoga, Meditation, Qigong, Medicine. In ascending order of importance, but hell, meditation is life and gongfu and yoga and qigong are all meditation......

Anything by a talented artist. My collection ranges from Ani DiFranco to the Wu Tang Clan.
