    ERrrm.....yah.

    I don't concentrate on my lower dantian, but I do use it with my lower diaphram in various exercises and particularly when sinking for iron skills etc , which often comes into alot of the work I do. It really depends on your what your doing, but I've been saying for a while now that principals for training both body and chi are different between men and women. I do understand though and cheers for raising it

    BTW : found a new MT gym training under Kerry "Nugget" what ever his name his whose been training some boys here in Brisbane and winning and loosing some international fights. Haven't promised to stay, but going in to check it all ot later today. Let you know how I go and if we stay, what we're getting up to. Also tells me, that he organise some fights for us females , so let you know on that one too. I am still intersted in what else is going on around the world though and not really sure where I'm heading. Keep me posted on it and I'll do the same.
