My friend was piss drunk, and decided to rent a moped for the first time of his life. He crashed immediately and broke his wrist. There were dogs just walking right into the medial area from the street. It's ridiculous.

What's ridiculous. Dogs in the street, or driving a motorbike "piss drunk"? LOL... God, happens all the time in Phuket with the farangs.
