    De Cheng

    Dear Doc,

    Whenever I see videoclips or photo`s shot at shaolin temple ceremonies and official stuff, I`ve never seen De Cheng so far. Like when Suxi died, was he even there? I know a lot of martial monks were kind of forced to move out of the temple, but does he still come there often?

    Decheng no longer has a residence in Shaolin; those buildings were just recently torn down. He does have many (Buddhist monk) friends there, however, getting to them has been an issue lately. Read my latest Shaolin Journal. He was at Suxi's funeral. You'll see him in the videos we have of it, if we ever get around to editing that.
    Experienced Community organizer. Yeah, let's choose him to run the free world. It will be historic. What could possibly go wrong...
