Well, this explains it all, if you believe the Globe.

    Oprah is 220 pounds?

Weighs almost as much as we do.

        I said "almost as much".

        I didn't say "as much".

And yes, holy shit. I'll take that in a positive way.

I would not recommend coke. It is giving money to some crazy mafia and killers in south america. And spending money on sensual pleasure while children die without medicine is a heavy karma.

In order to enter the gates of Shaolin,
dress yourself in ascetism and renunciation

                        Giving up wordly pleasures,
                        concentrate on non violence.

Aware of the suffering of every living being,
                        be a cure to them.

Let every dying children be your children,
let every animal be your friend,
let every muslim be your brother.

Do not fall a second from non violence,
dont create suffering for the visible and the invisible,
                        the born and the unborn,
                        step into universal responsability.

Some will spend money climbing high mountains,
some will buy medicine to the poor,
what is the way of the Buddha?

                        Some will let fish asphyxiate,
                        some will abstain from flesh,
what is the breath of the Buddha?

When it comes to fish, i had this discussion with buddhists and if you really insist on killing a li ving being who apparently doesn t want to be kille d, zen they say better not make him suffer and cut his head when you put him out of water.

Though in China Mahayana buddhists would rather pu t the fish back into water.

What is more compassionate? A chan question for yo u my friends.
