in my opinion and from my experience, i feel that one can benefit more from static exercise than repitition.
my question is, why?
during repitition you get a small amount of rest between each rep, while static exercises you get no rest but constant work. are there different muscles being worked? ive heard once before about slow and fast muscle contraction and i figure that this has something to do with it, also i think that static exercises build static electricity in the muscles...
