Train like a Shaolin Monk & discover Kung Fu & Qigong. Enjoy inner peace, optimal health, fitness & flexibility with Shifu Yan Lei & traditional training programmes.
It says he was a shaolin monk and went to the UK to train.
btw what happened to Shi Yan Lei? did he get booted from england? is it because he was juicing? Why do all the Yan generation of monks (Yan Lei, Yan Ming, Yan zi...) have the super shaolin physiques but the more recent generations don't? and why do the previous "De" generations seem to be skinnier but just as strong? I think I know some of these answers just curious to see what everyone else has to say.....
the legs on shi yan lei look like friggin animals legs, somewhere between a tiger a mule, and a horse, holy shit. now thats what i call fruits of labor.

Please refer to "'Half-man' beast spotted in China: a search for shiyan lei" thread for more information on the legitimancy of the above allegations, for I can't post a pic in this thread right now, dude.
