  • Streching routine

    i'm currently doing kung fu but i am not as flexible as i should be. what kind of streches shoud i be doing, how often should i stretch and how long would it take for me to become flexible enough.

    Whatever you do, and it really doesn't matter much whatever you end up doing, as per the suggestions of the gang, go slowly.

    Injuries occur when you try to progress quickly. And the down time from the injury will ultimately really delay your progress.

    There's another thread in here about this, I think, in this sub forum.
