what is dragon fist (Lung Fa)?

I study Northern Long Fist & Northern 7 Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu. I ran into an old friend who I haven't seen in some 15 years. He had moved to my town from Ohiw 20 years ago and he was studying Kung Fu them. But I was young and didn't know about Kung Fu. He reecently told me that he was a Master in "Lung Fa" kung fu. His name is Kelly Hukill and he lives in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Can you tell me anything about this style. He has invited me to visti and practice with him but I have not made it there yet.
