        There's a listing of the traditionally taught forms at Shaolin, in the Shaolin Gong Fu Section of the site. Use the menus to get there. And, videos in the Video Library.

          you cannot build anything without a strong foundation. stance training is very crucial in strength application to combat techniques. http://www.greatlakeswushu.com/stance.html. http://www.cbox.cz/baguaquan/mabu-en.htm.
          alternate these stances holding them each about one minute then two then three...etc. after a month of dedication to this routine you will have decent strength behind your techniques and attacks.

            If it is bak siu lum, they usually start with set six I believe, after some jiebegong.
