I've found keeping a Journal of my training to be a tremendous help in focusing my efforts and maximizing the time I have available. In the Journal I'll write such things as, physical conditioning routines, martial art specific training, eating habits, and anything else I want to throw in (i.e. quotes, thoughts, ideas etc.). I wonder how many of you keep a Journal and how you organize it? Below is a sample entry from my Journal.
