LOLO! Where did you find that old footage?

I have improvised my training. Now I spar with the old lady at the counter. Not so much spar but run in with MMA gloves and blind side her with a power punch when she's not paying attention. That usually takes her out. If it fails in one motion I skillfully reverse into a rear naked choke. If she is still being feisty at that point(that sometimes happens because I am so weak) I mace her.

Now do you all see how routines change and evolve?

I think I have really come a long way.

Yeah, "the rear naked choke"....now that's a classic move. There are places you can go to see that stuff done on farm animals (or so I've heard).

I disabled my pop up blocker and can now see the video.

That skill level is higher than any street combat class, specializing in hung ga, that I have ever seen.

I have a new found respect for you. That fall at the beginning looked so natural. You must have very good chi gung.
