i think..

i think i mentioned this awhile back in the old forums..but who knows i prolly just talked to my friends about it...

anyway this book(the latest and the previous) is known as the "bible" of MMA..or so they say i think it sounds excellent and i cant wait to get my hands on a copy..even though if i really tried im sure i could get a copy off the net for free...but anyway it sounds very good and if anyone here has read it id also love to hear what theyve got to say
