Hello I was prompted to post a thread by the admin. so im saying hello even though im very sleepy almost........... zzzzzzzzz oh sorry. I started shaolin training at shaolin temple uk a few years ago, and im currently in Singapore en route to Deng feng fo meeting monks training and pain. Other than that it rained today so i went to the asian civillizations museum for 3 hours hence the zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzz humph zzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

sweet! keep us up to date on how that training goes. Post some pictures or better yet movies of the "monks" beating you. Or you beating them. Hey that could happen.
