XJ, have you personally interviewed each person who commented on this thread, and bet on the item, to find out how and why they came to the conclusions they did?

if not, you are leaping to the conclusion that they didn't consider the facts, without, well, considering the facts. by your definition, that would make you an ignorant fool.

Zachsan, have you totally missed what I said? I explained the comments I made were directed toward those you have not followed the case closely and openly on both sides and then make jokes and judgments. They know who they are. If you are not one, disregard it.

I think it's safe to say, and not high and mighty, that most everyone in this thread is an "ignorant fool".

It would seem, XJ, that you should do a little research to balance your own skewed opinion.

In 1993, Mr. Jackson paid a family 20 million dollars when faced with charges of molesting their 13 year old son. Mr Jackson was in asia at the time on tour, and after being informed of some of the evidence that was to be called out in court, He had his lawyers make the settlement offer.

He is currently up on 11 separate charges of child molestation, there has been sworn testimony that he has given alchohol to underage children, shared pornography with children in his home, shared his bed with more than one boy who was visiting him, and was seen taking a shower with an 8 year old boy.

He has three children of his own, none of which he cares for full time.

If you are not one of those people making ignorant claims and jokes, why are you talking to me? And if most people in this thread are actually following the case closely and fairly on both sides, then let them speak up and tell me what they know and where they get their info. Otherwise, don't concern yourself.

Plumflower, if you actually continued your homework you'd know most of those things have been either proven untrue or not proven in anyway. Sworn testimony means precisely sh!t. His accuser has admitting to lying under oath about sexual abuse before just to get money! Don't rely on yahoo! news for your info..

Again, my posts were started because of ignorant claims and jokes. They aren't in anyway funny. If you think he is guilty, that's your opinion and you are entitled to it. It doesn't make it true. And the jokes are not only about Michael Jackson. The jokes are about something terrible that may have happened to young children. Why the hell would you make jokes of something like that?! Sick people..

calling most of the people on the thread ignorant fools, and then saying simply that they know who they are, is about as far away from "speaking directly to certain people" as it gets. and apparently, i'm not even allowed to disagree with you, lest i prove myself to be in fact an ignorant fool. so one apparently has the option of either agreeing with you and saying so, or being an ignorant fool and shutting up. in other words, there's no room for argument, or as you put it, examining both sides of the case.

sorry pal, but that's more than a little arrogant, not to mention incredibly stupid, and hypocritical. how's that for a judgment?

If they aren't, they should tell me what they know of the case and where they get their news. No one has been able to argue their opinion of why he's guilty with nothing more than cheap personal attacks on him. So, why are you still talking to me? Who are you again?

Doc, I have no personal relationship to Michael. I told you exactly how I feel. I want him to be innocent for his sake and for the sake of the children who shouldn't ever be treated that way. If he is PROVEN guilty, then by all means, give him what he deserves. But if he is innocent, judge it that way, and be happy for the children. Also be angry at the idiots who made the whole case to start with cuz like I said, other children are being sexual abused out there right at we speak. Who's working so hard to stop them?!
