Shaolin in Ohio

Hi, I'm trying to get a private Shaolin Teacher. I came close to getting one but he said no because he had some problem with his neck, so he can't teach me. I live in Jackson, Ohio (Southern Ohio) and don't live in a big city where I can easily find a teacher. I've searched Columbus but I can't find much of anyone willing to teach me. Do any of you know where I can find a good Shaolin Teacher that can teach me Privately.
