The Five Animals of Shaolin Kung Fu is legendary throughout martial arts circles. Combining the spirit of the Tiger, Crane, Leopard, Snake and Dragon, this form teaches you use your different energies to their fullest potential. Shi Decheng is one of the most prominent warrior monks from the original Shaolin Temple on Song Mountain in China. He was recently featured on the cover of the annual Shaolin Special of Kung Fu Tai Chi Magazine (July August 2004).

Championship Sparring Techniques by China’s National Champion, Chen Qingsheng Sunday, January 9th, 2005 2:30-5:30 PM San Leandro, CA
Chen Qingsheng captured China’s National Championship title in 1994. In 1999, he won an international tournament championship between China, Japan, Korea and the United States. With a fighting weight of 52 K, Coach Chen now teaches at Bejing’s illustrious Sanling Tiyueguan, a leading physical sports college of China. In this workshop, Coach Chen will train you in Chinese free sparring known as Sanshou, which includes kicks, punches, throws and take downs. Chen is the blood brother of Shaolin Warrior Monk Shi Decheng. This is his first trip to the America.
