Utilizing conversational AI, such as through chatbots, allows me to significantly improve customer interactions. These systems are able to automatically answer frequently asked questions, provide information about products and services, and support customers in real time. They effectively replace the need for live operators, which saves time and resources while providing personalized communication. For example, at my Barber Shop, a chatbot helps customers book appointments, choose shaving products, and even get skin care tips. Not only does this increase customer satisfaction, but it also allows free staff to focus more attention on tasks that require human intervention.
