  • What is cause of Erectile Dysfunction?

There are many physical and mental things that can lead to erectile dysfunction (ED). Some physical causes are:

Cardiovascular Problems: Heart disease, high blood pressure, and atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) can all make it hard for blood to get to the penis, which can make it hard to get and keep an erection.
Diabetes: Having high blood sugar can hurt nerves and blood vessels, which can make it hard to get or keep an erection.
Neurological Conditions: Spinal cord accidents, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease can all mess up the messages that nerves send from the brain to the penis.
Hormonal Imbalances: Low testosterone levels or problems with the thyroid can make ED worse.

    Some psychological reasons are:

Anxiety and stress: Performance anxiety or stress from work, relationships, or money worries can make it hard to perform sexually.
Depression: Mental illnesses can make it hard to be sexual and have a desire.
Problems in the relationship: ED can be caused by not communicating well, not resolving disagreements, or not feeling close to your partner.

Changing your lifestyle, taking medicine, going to therapy, or a mix of these can help treat the root reasons.
