Greubel Forsey Tourbillon 24 Secondes Contemporain

Greubel Forsey - Tourbillon 24 Secondes Contemporain Titanium movement

Greubel Forsey presents the new Tourbillon 24 Secondes Contemporain Titanium, with a natural titanium movement housed in a round case in red or white gold. The case measures 43.5mm in diameter by 15.2mm high and features a synthetic sapphire crystal with a domed dial on one side and a flat display on the back.

Greubel Forsey's third invention, the 24-second tourbillon mechanism, is supported by transparent sapphire bridges, giving the impression that the tourbillon is floating.

The central long triangle for the hour and minute hands and the multi-level dial with raised sapphire index rings create an attractive three-dimensional dial. The only number on the dial – “12” in red gold or white gold, depending on the case metal – protrudes from the scale ring.best replica watches

The power reserve indicator at 4 o'clock, the small seconds at 9 o'clock and the 24-second tourbillon at 6 o'clock contrast with the light gray natural titanium movement and integrated titanium bridges.

Through the sapphire crystal case back, the three NAC-treated anthracite bridges reveal the exquisite workmanship: mirror-polished bevels, mirror-polished countersinks, ruled and snailed decorations on the mainspring barrel, and heat-blued steel screw.

Consisting of 268 components, 88 of which are for the ultra-light 0.39 gram tourbillon carriage, the movement is powered by two coaxial mainspring barrels connected in series, providing an optimal power reserve of 72 hours.high quality replica watches

A hand-stitched alligator leather strap with a red or white gold folding clasp completes the timepiece.

Greubel Forsey - Tourbillon 24 Seconds Vision

With the new Tourbillon 24 Secondes Vision, Greubel Forsey has housed his third invention - the patented rapid-rotation 24-second tourbillon with a 25° inclination first introduced in 2006 - in a slim and classic case.

Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey created enough extra volume to allow the tourbillon frame to overlap the reference surface of the movement bridge by incorporating a dome into the sapphire crystal on the back of the timepiece, thereby reducing the height of the case.

More than a simple support, the lower steel tourbillon bridge, visible from the dial at 9 o'clock, has been precisely polished by hand to obtain perfectly regular reflections across the entire piece. Each bridge finished in this way is carefully signed by the artisan decorator who executed it.Jacob & Co Astronomia Sky

Hand-polished blued-steel hands in the shape of lances lead the eye directly to the enamel hour-markers first engraved and then 'fired' onto the solid gold dial.

The case back exemplifies the standard of excellence of finish we have come to expect from Greubel Forsey timepieces, not only displaying the precious tourbillon but also providing space for the fan-shaped 72-hour power reserve indicator.

The white gold case is polished and the central strap is hand-grained and ruled. It measures 43.50mm in diameter and 13.65mm thick, or 16mm if you also consider the dome.

The movement beats at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and has a power reserve of 72 hours thanks to two fast-rotating barrels connected in series (3.2 hour revolution), one of which is equipped with a sliding spring to avoid overtension.replica Richard Mille Rafael Nadal
