If taught and trained well under the watchful eyes of competent trainers, it is possible to train Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) without any harm. Just like any other physical activity, there are chances of getting harmed though that can be minimized if they learn how to strike and tussle safely.
During training, proper warm-ups, stretches and conditioning exercises may help in reducing injury risks. One should also ensure that they do this at a well-established gym with qualified trainers who prioritize safety by guiding them on proper ways of doing things as well as lowering injury rates.
