It's not that there wouldn't be enough to prove him guilty. But if all the prosecution stories were proven untrue, then that means he is proven innocent. But I still don't expect any different attitudes toward him even after he is proven innocent, if it happens. There are always going to be ignorant people who feel good making fun of someone they have never even met in their entire life. Ignorance, hatred, and greed.. three evils of the mind, which all who give into it will pay for later.

As I said, my first posts were directed toward a certain group of people. The Buddhist comment was directed also to certain people. This is a website dedicated to Shaolin which is above all a Buddhist temple. If you aren't Buddhist, disregard it. But, there are certain people here who are Shaolin Buddhist "disciples". They are speaking in the same way as the rest, with ignorance and hatred. They are judging someone on his appearance, voice, style, etc.. Not on facts. This is VERY non-Buddhist and kind of disturbing if this is the fate of Shaolin. Once again I'll say it, stop trying to be something that you aren't. If you aren't Buddhist and you can't live up to it, just stop acting! Either accept the fact you can't let go of Ego and let your fate teach you or at least begin to try. Not that your life is my business. Do what you want. But being a Shaolin Buddhist "disciple" and claiming this but acting that, is just sad. Especially when you open a website and try to spread something you can't live up to yourself. Sorry for your future, but you set your own fate.

Xing-Jian. you have a point. except i dont get where the whole buddhism thing is coming from. I think he's been treated rather unfairly by the public eye but when it comes to making jokes or even expressing opinions about whether he is right or wrong...should everyone with an opinion about MJ hold it back just because they might be wrong?

Is he guilty or not? "Guilty" is a legal term. Whether he's a child-molester or not will never be determined by a court. they will never know. it would take having been there to know, assuming it ever happened. Thus, as a person without any say in the jury's decision, it is as reasonable to come to a conclusion based on your preconceived opinions as it is to decide after "researching" it. Its just that one of the two is generally more academic and thus more the choice of intellectuals.

Xingjian is probably from China. A country full of people, who, from my experience, absolutely adore this MJ individual. Just as the French do. Regardless of the fact that he sleeps with young early teenage boys, a fact which he himself has admitted publicly.

I'm overwhelmed that these people ignore that fact. I've run into this far too many times in China. It's quite frankly, bizarre.

Maybe the French think that a grown man who sleeps with pubescent teenage boys is normal; I can't see how the Chinese can accept that, in a culture where its abnormal for a man to hold a teenage daughter's hand, unless it's her father. But, they love Jenny, er, MJ, and they ignore all of MJ's very apparent abnormailities.

Think about it. If Zachsan or Stylee publicly admitted to sleeping with 13 year old boys, how would you think about him? Most likely, very differently than you think about MJ.

Jenny's going down. And considering the US prison system, if he's convicted, he won't live long. It will be a death sentence, even if he only gets 3 years imprisonment.

Stupid bastard. Had the world in his hands, and unparalleled wealth, and threw it all away.

Bizzare is your judgment. Abnormal depends on what you see as normal. You haven't been in this man's head. You haven't been where he's been. You haven't seen what he's seen. How can you know what he thinks and feels?

He never admitting to any sexual acts with the boys. You say he sleeps with young boys in a way that makes it seem dirty like he is screwing them. But what do you know? Don't get me wrong though. If he is proven guilty then I'm all on your side. I don't support child molesting. But no one has proven him guilty yet. And in USA he is considered innocent until proven guilty.

You know what people admire about him? Besides his amazing talents, people respect him for his heart. If you watch him and listen to him with an open mind you can see he has a big heart. He cares for people. He doesn't want them to suffer, no matter how large or small. When no one cared about this family, when everyone spit on them and kicked them out in the dirt, he pulled this family out of the line and up to the front with himself and said you matter, you're important. He has selflessly done countless wonderful things for less fortunate people in the world.

And another thing is that no matter how many people make fun of him and how often or how evil their jokes can be, he does nothing to fight back at them. He just accepts the people and laughs it off. He never disrepects other human beings and judges them for anything. That's more than I can say of you. What do people admire you for? Anything worth mentioning?

You may say that your comments were intended for a few, but there're many people who read these threads....and it's not limited to only Buddhists. It's a public forum. Perhaps you should be more specific, otherwise you risk looking just as ignorant as you deem others to be. Your words appear very judgmental and ignorant to me. What do think about that? The Buddha himself has called certain groups of men fools. Is he less of a Buddha or something? You've lost all of your priviledges of talking to me..

Did the Buddha see himself as better than others? Are you so much better than others because you're Buddhist?

I've seen this time and time again from people of various religions.... What gets me is the tone that you're somehow knowledgeable of a precious secret, noble and righteous, while others are less, or rather ignorant because they are out side of your circle, yet you continue to do the same things they do...only in differnt forms.

And, in my mind, there is nothing "normal" about a 45 year old man sleeping in the same bed as a 12 year old boy. There is nothing normal about a man, of any age, fondling the genitals of a young boy. There is nothing normal about an individual, showing 13 year old kids pornography, and, intoxicating them with alcohol.

For being a Chinese, who no doubt values family relationships and human interpersonal relationships to a much higher standard than we do in the US, I'm surprised.

Plumflower and whoever else, you all say I am calling people judgmental when I am judging them myself. But what you fail to see is that while I am pointing out something that is entirely based in truth, they are talking completely out of their asses.

I said Doc is otherwise known as Shi Xing Heng, a Shaolin Buddhist "disciple", but his words and actions are COMPLETELY non-Buddhist. This is very true. While he is just making ignorant claims and jokes about something that has not been proven, only claimed. This is in no way based on any sort of truth. He has no idea. Can you see the difference?

It's just a bit different when you have taken vows and so on to become a Buddhist disciple and you totally disrespect it. And Doc, it's not that I support a child molester. While I agree he does some crazy things and should think more, he hasn't been proven guilty of any sexual acts on a young boy. I support the rights of an American who is like all the rest, innocent until proven guilty. Another reason why I don't want him to be guilty is not just for his sake but for the sake of the children, which you are acting like you care about. Obviously not. I want him to be innocent because no child deserves that kind of treatment. I'm still hoping it's not true. While you're making jokes about him raping little boys you're also making a joke out of something very serious that may have happened in a young boys life. Is it really that funny?? It's sick to make jokes about things like that.

The last thing I'd like to say is that while everyone is taking the time and money to go through months of court against Michael Jackson, while we speak there are children out there right now being abused by real sexual criminals. If Michael Jackson is proven innocent I will be happy for his sake and for the sake of those lying children and family. But at the same time I will be angry for so many people wasting time to put away a large celebrity while there are real child molesters out there getting away with it as we speak!!
